Important Reminder:

1. The purchaser's name and billing address must match your credit card infromation.  If there's any
    descripancy,  PGM system will not process your order. Our customer service will contact you, and
    your order will be marked "on hold".  To revise any differences, please login and update your account
    before placing order.

2. If you have Free Shipping Code for your purchase, please keep in mind that Free Shipping only
    applies to minimum order amount of $60 and over: 
    - Free Shipping Coupon code only applies to standard shipping (USPS, UPS Ground & FedEx Ground).
    - Free Shipping Coupon Code is not available for shipments to AK, HI, APO or any International
      destinations. 
    - Free Shipping Coupon Code is invalid for customers seeking expedited service (Next Day Air,
      3-Day Select, Express etc.).
    - Free Shipping Coupon Code does not cover returned items; if an item is returned under free shipping, the
      original shipping cost would be subtracted from the refund.
    
3.  For all international orders shipping via UPS or FedEx or USPS...., please note that  you are responsible
     and obligated to  pay your country's custom tax & duty or any other fees involved. 
     PGM is not responsible for your country tax or duty.

4. PGM will not refund any coupon code if no discount are applied or redeem during check out. 

5. Coupon code cannot be combined at any time. For example: Student discount & Free shipping.

6. Please allow a 48 hour processing window prior to shipment. Orders submitted after 2pm PST, weekends
    and/or holidays will require addition 24-48 hour processing time.
