Important Reminder:

1. The customer (purchaser) name and billing address must be same as your credit card info, otherwise PGM
    system will not process your order. If any different,  please correct it in your account before placing order.

2. Free Shipping or Free Shipping Coupon Code applies to minimum order amount at least $60: 
    - Free Shipping or Free Shipping Coupon code only applies to standard shipping (USPS,
      UPS Ground & FedEx Ground).
    - Free Shipping or Free Shipping Coupon Code is not available for shipments to AK, HI,
      APO or any International destinations. 
    - Free Shipping or Free Shipping Coupon Code is invalid for customers seeking expedited
      service (Next Day Air, 3-Day Select, Express etc.).
    - Free Shipping or Free Shipping Coupon Code does not cover returned items; if an item is returned
      under free shipping, the original shipping cost would be subtracted from the refund value.
    
3.  For all international orders shipping via UPS or FedEx or USPS...., please be aware that  you
     maybe will pay your country the custom tax or duty or other tax, PGM is not responsible for
     your country tax or duty.

4. PGM does not refund any coupon code discount if the coupon code didn't redeem in the order.

5. Coupon code cannot be combined using at one order.

6. Please allow a 48 hour processing window prior to shipment. Orders submitted after 2pm PST, weekends
    and/or holidays will have an addition 24-48 hour processing time.
